"Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins."
                 1 John 4:10
If something stirred inside of you as you read the words of God, the Holy Spirit is speaking to you. Jesus Christ is a gentleman. He doesn't force His way in. He stands at the door and knocks.

     Are you a sinner?
Do you want forgiveness of sins?
Do you believe Jesus Christ died on the cross for you and rose again?
Are you willing to surrender your life to Jesus Christ?
Are you ready to invite Jesus Christ into your life and into your heart and make Him the Lord
        of your life?

It's up to you to decide if you will accept Him into your heart and life. It is so easy to cry out to God when we are going through hard times, but are you willing to make Him your Lord?

If you are, It's time to talk with God. There is no magic words to say. He wants to hear what's on your heart. Do you want Him as Lord? Then just speak from your heart. Here's a prayer that can help guide you as you begin to speak with God:

"Heavenly Father, I have sinned against you. I want forgiveness for all my sins. I believe
that Jesus died on the cross for me and rose again. Father, I give you my life to do with
as you wish. I want Jesus Christ to come into my life and into my heart.
This I ask in Jesus' name. Amen."

All people grow up with one belief or another about the creation of the world and what happens after death. or a moment, stop and think about the beliefs you have.
                 * Do you believe that there is a heaven or a hell?
                 * If you were to die tonight, where would you go?
                 * Now, if what you were believing is not true, would you want to know?

Read the following words from God to check your belief:

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."    Romans 3:23

"For the wages of sin is
death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
                        Romans 6:23
"But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners,
Christ died for us."
                           Romans 5:8
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed."     Romans 10:9-11

"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."       Romans 10:13

"For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall give account to himself to God."         Romans 14:11-12

"For He saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of Salvation have I succoured thee.
Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation."     2 Corinthians 6:2

"But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raised the dead."     1 Corinthians 1:9
I'm OK, you're OK.
Is it enough to be a good person? If we live our lives, just doing the best that we can to be good and do what's right, is it enough?
What happens when good people die? What will happen to your soul when you die?
The Word of God is very specific about this; and if you were wrong in your belief, would you want to know? Would you honestly want to know beyond a doubt where you will go when your life here is over?
